I have send money via eWallet to the incorrect cellphone and on 1 May 2013. When I contact eWallet enquiries number, the number is not closed on public holiday. I call this morning (2 May) and i was told there is not policy for for reversal, which means i will not get my money back. I think this is a pathetic service of all because this is money we talking about is mine. This is not the first time it happened, last time it happened to my niece and the reversal was done immediately.
