FNB encourages & via eWallet Service

FNB eWallet service confirms the transaction of R300 to the FNB Client and Recipient Cellphone.
The recipient was unable to retrieve the funds owing to no airtime and when the recipient tried again the balance indicated R0 balance available. FNB eWallet & line are accusing the recipient of trying to retrieve the cash a 2nd time which is untrue! No further help provided to me as a FNB client to create assurance and secure transactions. No further investigation provided from FNB or eWallet department.
I am led to believe FNB Staff are possibly involved with internally or staff is plain lazy to go the extra mile to assist! How can money just vanish that has not been withdrawn on the eWallet cellphone service. No assistance is provided to investigate where the money moved after the eWallet was sent to the recipient cellphone. Ref: 51562 & RH13093018882.
I do not trust the FNB eWallet facility it is not secure and will close my bank accounts after many years as a client!
