First National Bank
EWallet account to be closed

I went into N1 City branch to close the eWallet account reflecting on my online banking profile and the lady helping me did not even know what an eWallet account was and proceeded to phone the call center and none of them knew how to close the account or how to give instruction on how to do it.

I then phoned at home in my personal capacity and was transferred from one person to another and none of them knew what was is going on or could find this account on my name. Utterly incompetent!!
