Cant send money via ewallet

I have tried numerous times to send money via ewallet on the online banking platform, I am getting a error code 99999 and error message "Wallet status invalid" I have called numerous times to fnb being redirected from one department to another, being moved from the ewallet, online to mobile departments. I still cant send money via ewallet.
