Ignoring your clients is not good for business

I submitted a reimbursement form on 31 May 2013 via e-mail. They claim to have a 30 day turn around time for claims to be paid, so I called about 3 weeks later to find out what was going on with the claim. I was then told that the person who received the e-mail no longer works there and didn't hand the claim over, can I please re send it. I re-sent it on 2nd July to Clarisse, who assured me that she would make sure it was processed with the utmost urgency. It's now the 14th of August, and I just spoke to someone who claims to work with Valery. She told me that my claim is on a spreadsheet that is being taken to Care Cross to be sorted out because Care Cross is refusing to handle claims because they are no longer the administration company for Essential Med.

I want you to know that 2 and a half months of being to is not a good way to ensure that your clients remain your clients. I would like this claim to be sorted out now, but I'm not going to hold my breath as I am pretty sure you guys aren't going to be making much effort to resolve your internal problems.

You are making your admin problems my problem. I submitted termination on my policy on 1 August 2013. Good riddance!!!
