Applied for a virgin money credit card in July, duly got the card delivered to my hand and was told the pin would be in the mail within the next 10 days!
6 weeks went by with 4 calls to the virgin money call centre to no avail!
When I complained on hello peter in august I received and email and a phone call from Isobel paulsen assuring me the pin would be hand delivered within days
And yet a further 6 weeks later I still have no pin
Isobel clearly replied in hello peter to save face for virgin money
But the level of service has been pathetic
I will be canceling my UNACTIVATED card and I suggest other customers defer using them for the banking needs
