my father passed away on 21 May 2011, on 28 June 2011 we have a meeting with the company he worked for BPSA PTY LTD and they showed us details of what was on this Provident fund Nomination form, its was my mother, myself, my brother and my sister nominating my mother receives 40% and 20% for each of his children. In November the BP advised us that there are two other children my father had and he did not include them in his nomination form. ( we did not know about them). we requested that there should be blood test done on ths children because we o not believe that they are my fathers, our request went in vain. in June 2012 80% of the funds was paid in my mothers account and 10% in mine, the remaining 10% was divided amongst the two illegitimate children without our knowledge.
we have seen requested that NBC to explain on what basis was the money paid out to those children and we requested a letter containing how the money was distributed.
