I reported a lost credit card to 0860866639 on 30 July 6pm. Virgin Money promptly deducted a "lost card administration fee" of R140.00 on the same day and probably the same time. Today is 7 August, 7 working days later and I still don't have my replacement card, not even a call to arrange delivery. If only companies would respond as promptly as they take your money...
