To whom it may concern,

I was referred to Isobel in 11 January 2013, after I made a purchase with my Virgin Credit Card to a company that turned out to be a!! Not only did Isobel do everything in her power to ensure that I received my money back, she kept in constant communication with me & monitored my account daily!!

She has demonstrated above and beyond service since then by being there for me even though it is not her job, a quality that is today very rare!

Isobel is a role model, in my opinion, and someone many should look up to if they work in customer services!! Her warm words of comfort along with her clear drive to excel have proven that our financial institutions can take care of us, even if all they can offer at the time are words of encouragement. As it should be!! If we can't rely on the people who we entrust our finances to then we are in trouble!!

There are no words to describe the level of service Isobel has displayed on behalf of ABSA and just a "thank you" is nowhere near enough to show my appreciation, especially during this trying time I find myself in. She is an asset to ABSA & I hope she is given the recognition she so deserves.
