I qualified for an ATM loan 2 months ago & repaid every cent. Now I'm trying to access another ATM loan I get declined when I asked the Customer Service they refer me to ABSA Call Centre and the Call Centre refer me back to the nearest branch to the consultant who also doesn't give me a proper explaination. If I qualified 2 months back what has changed now since I haven't opened any new account somewhere, my credit profile is still the same as the last 2 months.
