Worse service and no communication at all

Happened on my credit card on 28/08/13 and I only realised on 30/08/13, then I called the card devision on 31/08/13 where a case was opened and sent to their division - I was then told that I would be contacted in 3 days so that I can be sent an affidavit to fill. That did not happen until I called in on the 05/09/13 and thats only when I got the affidavit, I filled it in and sent it back the very same day (5th). On 6/09/13 I got a call confirming that my affidavit have been received and I will be contacted in 10 days. That also did not happen until I called again on 19/09/13, I was told that it will be escalated and will be contacted within 3 days again - that still never happened until I called again today (26/09/13) where now Im told that a wrong affidavit was initially filled so it has only been corrected yesterday. I now have to wait another 10 days for them to finalise the case then I will be contacted. What I want to know is - Standard bank says they will solve/contact you within 10 days of receiving the affidavit, yet its almost a month and I still have to wait an extra 10 days again - so how many 10 days and 3 days must I wait to actually be contacted?
