I had requested for my double deals 241 movie tickets, it arrived went to the movies with my pals and when I entered the pin it said it was already used, the movie ticket pin that isi called up the call centre it took 30mins to get through the Team Manager at the call Centre, his name was Kirk from the Sandton branch who was unhelpful he then promised me a callback in about 5ns he did that but by that time I was already in the movies I had to pay another R58 each to go into the movies. Its now approx. 7pm and he hasn't called me as yet! The money came off my account and I had to pay more. The service that this company has provided was pathetic absolutley ridiculous. This is a lesson to be learnt and I promise word of mouth will be the best, I had given much business to the company by adding my friends but seems as if you don't diserve it at all! I wish to cancel this!
