I'm sending you this email as I'm very disappointed at MFC and how they treat their clients. I sent a hello peter complaint 3 weeks back wanted my refund as I'm not happy with the products (motor service plan) you or innovation group have sold me. Maybe I must take matter for to the Ombudsman as I'm not being taken seriously as this is a second deduction MFC is taking out of my account. I have received one reply promising me that the matter will be resolved it is 3 weeks later and the matter has still not been resolved, I need my money to be refunded today and please inform your sales consultants to stop calling me and selling products. The only contract I have with Nedbank is to finance my car and I don't want anything to do with them, the worst service I have ever received. I'm so disappointed feel like returning my car and stop paying MFC and use another bank which cares for their clients and is competent.
