I would like to start of by stating that this is definitely not my first negative report about Motor Finance corp that i have put up on hello peter. Clearly Nedbank MFC have very little concern about their reputation.
I have emailed a query on balance left on my account as i would like to settle my account. I received a figure with banking details and it was clearly stipulated that the amount reflected is valid for 7 days. I then try to do a transfer for the balance and my eft does not go through due to the account name not being valid. I then email the consultant, asking her to confirm the account name so that i can make payment before the 7 days are up, and this rude person, deletes my emailed query without even reading it. I know this as i had set my emails to retrieve a receipt once the email has been sent and opened.
I am highly disappointed in MFC and will never advise anyone to take up any product from them. I have had the utmost pleasure dealing with FNB Wesbank.
Nedbank most definitely need to pay a little more attention to their MFC division. It is incidents like this that leads to their bad reputation.
