IPhone 5 LTE - no service

I received my phone a week ago and not long after I walked out the shop the phone went into "no service" mode, no signal. So I switched the phone off and back on all good it has signal again. This happened about 5 times in space of a day so I went in explained what's happening and they said don't worry they forgot to activate the LTE setting on there side on my account and guaranteed me it won't happen again. To my surprise it lasted a bit and boom, "no service"!!! Switch phone off switch phone on and so it went again. Went back in and now it gets my hair raised, they told me to switch LTE off on my phone, so in other words I was back on 3G and there advertisement of LTE everywhere on pamphlets and write ups are all nonsense, it doesn't work and if it does work it's temporarily cause it throws you into a no service signal and then you have the headache of switching on and off the whole time. But what upsets me the most is, they make you sign quickly here, here and here and when you complain about a feature they ranting and raving about doesn't work or you want to cancel the deal cause you have been miss lead, they give you a cheap answer " we will send it in, takes 3 days"!!!
