I am a client of Auto & General insurance since 23-12-2009. On the 7-12-2011 I activated my Cash Back Plus Bonus and this was all in order as I received paper work proving this. This weekend I reviewed my policy just to check that all is in order and was surprised to find out that Auto and General has somehow switched my package from a Cash Back Plus to a Standard package without my consent. I find this highly unprofessional that their would change my policy like that-Why would I activate my Cash Back Plus Bonus and then just cancel it? This is highly disturbing and I want to find out who authorized this? I am so highly disappointed that I cant even express how angry I am after I have rated this company so highly-I swear if this is how Auto & General is going to treat its loyal customers I will be changing my insurer in the next week!!! I plead with Auto and general to please rectify this error and find out who in their department is changing clients packages to standard plans without clients consent? Also, I spoke to an operator at Auto and General who states my package HAS NEVER BEEN ON CASH BACK PLUS!!! Who are they trying to kid as I have all the supporting documentation???
