Cannot get thru for a settlement Amount

Hi,
I am trying to get thru FNB Legal Department and all I get is music on the phone whether you dial the 087 or the 011 number the problem is the same. Spoken too so many people but no one can help all the due is transfer you to legal. At 3:50 spoke to Kedibone and she said to call in the morning. I guess when they want to put you on ITC or issue you summons then legal knows how to contact a client. If you purchase a new product then the staff answer the call immediately. Please take note of your clients comments.
