The highest level of unprofessionalism

It seems the JDG is out to destroy my credit record. Sometime last year a used my details to secure a loan with them. Once I discovered that there's an account with JDG under my name I queried with them and they asked for a few documents which I provided. I was advised that I would get feedback on the investigation which I never did. This year in 2013 they decide to list me on the credit bureau without even informing me. I called in again and spoke to Calvin who again investigated the matter and discovered that there was a file already sitting at some branch stating that the account was opened. Calvin then requests the bureaus to remove the listing but within the same month the same JGD sends information to the bureaus that I still owe them. I called in again to speak to Calvin's boss (Tshepo Maketekete) who and said he will call me back by this past Monday (I'm wonder if he even remembers he spoke to me?). How long should I report you on Hello Peter??? is there anyone in JDG that cares??? I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IN MY LIFE. GET ME OUT OF YOUR RECORDS PLEASE AND LEAVE ME ALONE, This is rediculous.
