Bureaus listing

I had a store and loan account with Woolworths which I last paid on in 2003 and was subsequently handed over to MBD for collections. I enquired with MBD about the store account earlier in the year and was advised that Woolworths have instructed MBD to close their collections file on this account. I was then faxed the instruction. A judgement which was granted in 2010 was also listed with the credit bureaus. I would like to request MBD to remove the bureaus listing as the collection file has been closed. I would further like to inform that the loan account has legally prescribed and I claim prescription on the loan account and request MBD and Woolworths to update the account status accordingly.
