Re-occurring credit bureau issue

I have previously complained several times about JDS listing me on as a bad debtor on the IT where else the account was investigated and deemed as. I later recieived a confirmation letter from JDS that i will be cleared from ITC. I was cleared sometime last year July (2013) but later re-listed in October. I sent several emails complaining but was ignored until i came on Hello [URL Removed] to that effect, later that week i received correspondence from Daphney Moroane confirming that the listing has been permanently removed. Last week Thursday (2014) again I checked with Experian and the listing was found in my profile again??? I had to provide Experian and other credit bureaus with the JDS letter from last year so that I can be cleared again. I have send several email to Dephney and Tshepo Maketekete but was ignored and have not received response to this day. I have never experienced such disgrace in my life. The JDS systems will keep on updating the credit bureaus with wrong information concerning & no one cares. I will be in touch with the Ombudsman.

CAN SOMEONE SUPERIOR AT JDS FINANCIAL SERVICES PLEASE HELP.THIS IS COSTING ME & IT'S CREATING ME A BAD CREDIT REPUTATION.
