I went to terminate the future choice saving tht I had with Metropolitan due to my financial problems, and I needed money urgently. I knew tht I would be penalised by breaching the contract but it was better than lending to the loan.
The lady tht assisted me explained tht I will get the rest of the money after 7 days but until today I am waiting eagerly fr the notification or at least the phone call from metropolitan to say something tht will add sense to my head. I called the Esther twice to complain, she just promised to come bck to me whch she knew she was just buying my face.she neva bored to call back
I am worried sick and I strongly doubt tht the paper work was not completed proffessionally, thts even causing the delay.
