I wanted to find out why FNB only help new clients and forget the old ones?
My card has expired on the 31 October 2013, I have received SMS from FNB telling me I much collected my card from Mandeni branch, I have phone FNB about 10 times to tell them that I live in Ngodwana 700km away from Mandeni, can they please send the card to my house address? But no they tell me, I much move my branch from Mandeni to Nelspruit (I live 50km from Nelspruit), and then collect it from Nelspruit but there is my problem why much I collected my card but a new client card is delivered to them.
So for now I have no access to my money, and for that I will be moving to ABSA end of this month.
