My credit card account was closed by the bank as my card (according to the head office) had not been FICA.
I was however able to use the card on a few occasions before the account was closed by the bank, yet the payments have gone through every single month with no hassle, still the account was closed because of incompetent staff at the Goldfields Mall that according to the call centre did not send the necessary documentation through to head office. Now the client needs to suffer because of staff getting paid to do absolutely nothing.
