Card Mispelt for the third time

FNB has failed to spell my name correctly on my cheque card for the third time. What is more frustrating is that it is the same spelling mistake being made. I was told the last time I made a complaint that my card would be specifically double checked before being sent off, but this obviously did not happen. It really has just been one after another since joining FNB.
