I had a loan at SA Multi loan and i was handed over. They sent someone to my offices and that person told me to just sign on the paper. After that i got a loan at Standard bank and the account was fully paid according to the settlement letter i received from Coombe and Assoiates on the third of September. Then i noticed that there was a garnishee order on my pay slip after i paid them in full deducting R850.00 from my salary. I tried phoning, but they told my they never received a payment. I have the proof of payment and a statement, but i am getting no were!!! The reference number used was c01119928206.
I would like an answer or i will take legal action.
