I have a loan with Bridge loan aka SA Multi loans, my account was handed over to Nu Debt after my failure to repay, i was later called by one of their (Bridge Loan) agent after making about 3 payments with their collection agent and i was told that they have revised my account and they will debit it themselves for 13 Months at a certain installment, meaning they have made another contract with me, i was surprised when i called their office and they did not have such recordings on their system for this agreement, this month i was debited by Nu debt and them for the same amount i made an agreement with on the revised contract, i called Nu debt and they were not notified and they not aware that Bridge loan is also debiting me themselves, now i need to know if my account will be taken away from Nu debt and if Bridge Loan is gonna continue with this agreement i made with them.
