We had a loan on my husbands name in May 2011. During Sept we changed bank accounts. Of which you were informed and the change duly made on your side. We PD off the loan IN FULL and ON TIME in Oct 2011. HOWEVER you handed our account over and a garnishee was taken on my husbands salary in Feb 2012. On phoning for proof that the account which I thought was something else has been settled I discovered this mess. I DEMAND a FULL REFUND of all the monies taken from my husbands salary on the garnishee and reversal of the judgement that was taken
