I'm very dissapointed in the way Flemix & Capitec Bank is conducting their business. I was handed over by Capitec bank to their attorneys Flemix Inc (prevs known as Coombe Attorneys). Last year a guy approach said he was a tracer for Coombe attorneys (now known as Flemix) with documentation of my over due amount. He then made me sign & said I need to call the attorneys to make payment arrangements. I then treid calling no response from them evens sent an email. They still did not respond then 2months there after serve me with Garnishe order the must go straight from my salary of outstanding for a period of 5months. The Garnishe went of for 5months as per the court order then suddenly 2 months there after Flemix comes with new amount & new Garnishee. They claimed no monies was paid to them & Garnished me again!?. I then called there offices they gave me email address to forward proof I've sent several emails with attached proof of payslips. I then went to the nearest Capitec in Alberton they say they cannot assist me because account is with Flemix.. but in the mean while Flemix deduct monies from my salary no responding to my emails & Capitec not assisting. I need this matter resolv
