What appalling service. I logged a claim on 28 July for household/building damage, it was denied. I lodged a claim within their dispute resolution department, again it was declined even though I was told if I can provide a report proving their decision otherwise they would review the claim a 3rd time. I did this and before I could send them the report they closed the claim, no negotiation's what so ever. I am now in process of lodging a complaint at the Ombudsman and requested they send me all the recordings pertaining to this claim. I am still waiting for these. I have followed up numerous times and still haven't received anything. This is slowing down the process, while our home is riddled by damage. This is the most disgusting service from an insurer I have ever experienced. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking about insuring with them.
