I recently moved my home, cars and household contents over to Santam approximately a year ago. I have since recently put in a claim for a damaged PS3 (which i pay an additional amount for) to which i was told i have to obtain a damage report from the company which i bought the product from. So i have to now take time out of my day to take a product in only to be told what i already know. IT IS BROKEN. I guess the days of sending an assessor to confirm the damage are gone, oh wait... that is only with Santam. I have also been reading the reports on hello peter and it seems like i am not the only one having bad service and will subsequently be moving all my policies to an insurer who will not waste my time.
