I thought I would challenge Outsurance after hearing and seen their advert with getting a "Cheaper Quote" and if your's is cheaper you get "R400 Back"... Yeah right!!! I sent a sms and got a call from a lady who did a verbal quote for about 20 min with me 25 Sept on the phone. She got up to doing car first which came in an odd R800 verses my existing of R500. She said she would not continue as the "House Holders Insurance" would be higher than mine of R280. She said she would email me and all I needed to do was attach my existing policy as proof back and would get my R400. As yet, still no email or any contact from her or Outsurance... seems like a and will be reporting this as false advertising. I have just tried to call Outsurance and been cut of... beautiful!
