I heard the outsurance advertisement on television claiming that Outsurance will either beat your existing premium or pay you R400, you just had to sms your details and an outsurance agent will call you back. I did this and needless to say, the quote was way above my existing premium. The call centre agent informed me that I will get an email and I need o follow the link to receive my R400. The email never came. I tried smsing the initial number but never received a call back, hence was unable to contact outsurance.
