Disgusting Service, an absolute disgrace

It took over 3 months for Alex forbes to load me as a cusomer and give me a membership number and the only reason they quickly loaded me as a customer was because I had already decided to withdraw from the Policy. On phoning them to follow up on my withdrawal, I was informed that I was not yet a member... They then loaded my original application form and issued my membership number with the notice to withdraw. On phoning them thereafter, I was infomed on the 3rd phone call that finally all had been allocated and approved and I should expect the money to be in my account within 7-14 working days.
When I called today to followup on the claim, I was informed that it had been declined by SARS, due to an "Invalid tax number" and that I should call SARS to followup... on the 20th of September.
Why should I call SARS, when clearly someone who submitted my claim entered my tax number incorrectly?
Why was I misinformed? Why was I not notified?
My policy was with Alexander forbes and it is their responsibility to deliver on their commitments.
I have now waited over 7 weeks for this claim to be paid out. Your service is disgusting!
Sort the problem out!
