I took out a loan with wonga a loan of R600 on the 12th of November 2012 and they were suppose to debit on the 12th of December (their payment) and that was not done. Interest was added into that account. This year i got an email on the 11th of February saying that the account has been handed over to Blakes and Associates for collection. On the 11th of March i paid the full R991.38 they said I must pay. I called Blakes and Associates and they said they have updated the account as they could see it was paid in full. I logged on to my Wonga account and it was still showing that i owe them not sure how. Today the 18th of March i get a message saying that the account has been handed over to VVM debt collectors because I owe R68.70. That account was paid in full on the 18th and this is really starting to get on my nerves. Firstly that money was not debited on the 12 of December don't know why secondly i paid that money in full on the 11 of march and now you coming up with stories that I'm still owing and you are handing it over that is so not professional. You not even updating the accounts. Please fix this please I'm tired of Wonga
