WHY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR NO LOAN RECEIVED

Begin of July I called Mobimoola to do a loan, was told the funds would be in my account to date nothing has even been deposited apart from my account been debited on the 25th July for R447.00 which I dont know for what and I reversed it at the bank on the 12 August my account was debited again ANOTHER R 249 AND R 99 and that i reversed to, now again on Saturday 24th August R 249.00 AND R 99 was debited from my account again and for what i dont know, now i have to call the bank to reverse these fund again, and this costs me money and i get charged for this too and not to speak about my bank statement having all these reversed funds that appear its not good for my record, CAN YOU STOP DEBITING MY account before i take this further and want to refunded my bank charges fees Immediately
