FNB- Trying for 2 months to get online banking!

I have never spent more time in FNB trying to sort out on line banking than in my entire life at any Bank.. The most simple thing to do you would think. I am the Managing Director of a company and told that the Financial Director has to be present to authorise on line banking. We have an office in Cape Town and one in Johannesburg. We are 1400km apart and seldom together. Even after the financial director flew up to meet me at a branch to sort this out, FNB could still not sort out a simple on line banking authorisation. 2 months down the line our company is still without on line banking. They just keep passing the buck The Financial Director warned me not to open the account at FNB by I insisted as they seemed via their advertising to offer you good service and treat you well. I can surely say I was wrong. This has got to be the most frustrating banking experience I have ever had. I guess we have just become another number in their system and a new client means nothing. It seams that the FICA compliance has become a game to them. Once you have been FICA'd you should be able to continue without delay.
