Thanks FNB but No Thanks

I've gotten my Platinum Cheque Card...! Yay...!!!

With it came my Pin...! Yay

And nothing else... I've tried to activate online banking...! Got it right too...! But cannot Log in until I've been to an ATM...

I would like to transfer R5000 from my Standard Bank account to my new FNB account... Guess what it won't activate until I've been in to deposit R50 in Person...

I can honestly say this has been the most inconvenient Banking experience I've ever had...

So after all these little annoyances I decide to close my account and continue on with my life... Guess what... Can't do that either over the phone... You can open one easily... How dare you attempt to close it...

I can't believe the amount of a person has to go through before getting what is offered simple convenient banking.

What a Major Disappointment...
