Wrongfully Upgrading Cheque Account, no ebucks!!

After investigating on why i did not receive any ebucks for the past few months i found out the following.

FNB let me know on their website that i can upgrade to a Platinum Cheque account. From this i was told that i could get access into the slow lounge and i mean, who does not want that and i chose to upgrade, paying all fees for this new account. So just followed up to see how many ebucks i have and guess what... for the past few months i don't get any ebucks. I logged a complaint with ebucks and they told me if your monthly salary deposited into your account does not amount to R16500. I do not earn that amount of money, so why did FNB upgrade me to an Platinum account. So this has made that i do not get any ebucks or any discount. So now i want to book flight tickets for my honeymoon... and guess what... you do not qualify for any discount!!!

Please can someone sort this out for me??
