Account upgrade resets Ebucks level

FNB offered me an upgrade to a Private account in October which I subsequently accepted. I was horrified to find out with my new upgraded account that my Ebucks level has been reset to zero and that my Ebucks rewards for the month of October was based on this. This was after I spent R20, 000 on my Platinum card during October and purchased nearly R3000 worth of fuel and received a paltry amount of 1150 Ebucks for all this spending. I really feel cheated by FNB, if I knew that my Ebucks level would have reset I would never have accepted this account upgrade. I am now contemplating closing my FNB account.
