I want my money bank ASAP

I transferred Money to a friend on Friday. The 27th I then got a error massage stating that I transferred R1000 twice to 1 person. This is not the 1st time such has happened and previously the. Money was put back in my account within hours. 4 days later I call to reverse the debit I am. Told that they cannot. They need to call the other party and follow some procedure and it will take 5. Days for me to be refunded and I will be charged. This is not on. Correct your mistakes
