I am highly disappointed with the lack of services i have experienced from your consultants. i was notified by Thando that since i have referred my mother to Alexander forbes and because she had activated an insurance with Alex forbes, i would in return be incentivised. Plus the inception date was never done on policy to update, meaning the necessary reverals were never done. I have been waiting since beginning Aug and till this day i have not received any feedback from relevant dept. If i do not make means to pick up my phone, nothing is said, all i ever hear is "i do not know, i still have to get feedback from whoever is supposed to give feedback or process the incentive". I do not think that this is fair, i have spent alot of money making calls, sending emails trying to get hold of anyone willing to assist. The switchboard also has been sending me from pillar to post without referring me to the relevant department regardless giving them the names or info for assistance. I feel i'm being made like some hungry hyena/dog running around for some free food. Honestly this is totally unfair and ANNOYING. I want my refund including money wasted making unnecessary calls to Alex forbes.
