Bank ripping customers off!

I purchased goods from a company then returned it the same day for which they did a refund on the speed point (it was a cheque card not credit card). The company and myself both bank with FNB - yet FNB claims it takes 14 working days for the money to reflect back in my account. NOWHERE does it say in writing that it will take 14 days .. Normally when two parties are with the same bank - it is immediate or worst case 2 to 3 days. The money is not with the company nor is it in my account - it is sitting in the FNB suspense account! Ridiculous that they are sitting my MY money!! They are quick to deduct from your account but when it comes to refund they clearly do not have the same policy!
