Unacceptable Service

Well over 6 weeks ago I took an FNB personal loan, during the process I was told I had to take out an insurance policy against retrenchment and death etc, when I told them I was already covered they said that the loan would not be approved if I did not take the policy. I had since found out via my current insurer that it was against the credit act to force customers to take policies. Trying to cancel the policy though FNB has a complete nightmare, for weeks now I have been into two different branches who were unable to help me, I have had to pay for both policies because FNB refuse to answer any of my communication regarding this issue, if this could have been resolved on time I would not be complaining but it has now come to the point where I do not know what else to do in order to get this issue resolved. On the phone FNB agreed to cancel my policy once I send them a copy of my current one, what seems to be holding me up now is plain incompetence as the forms I was sent to fill in and hand in the branch were incorrectly filled in by the load department in JHB. This whole story is actually too long to fit in here but needless to say I don't know who else to turn to for help.
