I wake up last night of all sms's I received just to realise someone is drawing money out of my account I phoned the call centre just after 11.30 last night to stop my card, this morning I went into the bank to get a new card and also wanted to know what is going to happen when will they reimburse my money. They give me a ref nr and said somebody will phone me and it will take 30 days before the money will be back into my account. I'm not happy with that at all I'm a single granny and to wait for 30 days for R12000 out of my account is a lot of money for me and also its over Christmas and holiday times now so I cant wait that long the banks are insured for things like that no one is stopping them to do an investigation but I don't see the need in waiting 1 month for my money and also who is going to pay the bank cost involved and inters that I'm losing I'm not happy with the service at all..
