I had an accident on 7th September, called the insurance the following Monday, my car had already been towed by another towing company I had to pay for it, so that the insurance can take it to their authorised dealer.after doing that.i never received a curtesy car.i only got a call from the assessor wanting to see me in order for get the full story on the accident, a week later around the 27 October 2013, i was told my ckaim has been rejected because I was under the influence of alcohol, there is no such info on the police report, no evidence what so ever.of me being under the influence.now im sitting with a bill of R75000, AND NOW THE CAR LOOKS WORSE THAN INITIALLY WHEN IT WAS TOWED AWAY.IS THIS WHAT WE PAY THE INSURANCES FOR TO MAKE OUR LIVES??? EVEN TODAY I DONT HAVE ANY MEANS OF TRANSPORT PLEASE HELP
