Unable to get it togethe

On 12th September called and asked one Miss Naidoo to increase by debit order by R1000.00 by 25th of each month.
I made a point that every time I communicate with Standard Bank Home Loans they "" up the instruction.
She assured me all was in order.

Guess [URL Removed] 25th September no debit order comes off at all!

Spend 2-3 hours on the phone trying to locate someone whom can help, Amanda Reekie says debit order will run 1st October... guess what?...it did not.

The phone calls just get my back up as I'm transferred from one department to the next as the person behind the phone is not empowered to do this or that... Standard Management issue me thinks.

Lets see if they respond to Hello Peter.

I've recently dealt with Cell C, Vodacom and now Standard Bank... too big to give a me thinks.

Telkom and other Government Departments are more efficient than Standard Bank Home Loans.

Laid a complaint on Standard Bank Web Site... still no response from them either.
