I called you to arrange for my debit order to be transferred to another bank. I did everything you asked. I sent you the bank statement you asked. Now, at the most inconvenient time, you come back with a very curt e-mail to tell me the statement I sent you is not acceptable. You need one stamped by the bank!! Why?? And why did you not tell me this when I asked you what to do. It is now VERY inconvenient for me to get the authenticated statement. I really believe you can do better. While the rest of Standard Bank is a mess, the home loans department used to be the welcome difference. What happened - did you drop to the standard of the rest of the institution? PLEASE update my debit order without this useless exercise.
