DID NOT MOVE DEBIT ORDER AS I ASKED!!

I send two letters and called in once to Standard bank to tell them I started a new job, and I get paid on the 2nd of every month at new company. So please move my debit order to the 3rd of each month. But us Standard Bank always does, they up, when I came back now from the long weekend, I saw my account is in minus. Thanks Standard Bank for always delivering poor service. Im so fed up.
