Contract # 13116345 :
1.) Client changed banks and forgot to advise OM.
2.) OM contacted client to remind her.
3.) Client paid in annual premium via EFT to avoid lapse and loss of cover on the advice of an Energiser consultant (now departed).
4.) Client departed for extensive overseas trip from which she has still not returned.
5.) After 2 months and more calls than I care to count this matter is still outstanding despite having been 'escalated'.
