Cindy dealt with my client on Wednesday and i must say when i spoke to the client he was willing to move even though we were saving him a mere R100 om his premium. When i got the summary once the policy was sold i saw the premium had increased. I couldnt believe it. She told me she sold the client on an excess waiver, younga t heart cover and when i spke to the client he was very happy on the cover and product he was advised on. The client said he received good advice and great customer service. i am so happy.
